Permanent eyebrow tattooing is a delicate and skilled practice, so all practitioners require extensive training.
Jacqui Lloyd, based in Cardiff completed her training under Tracey Simpson who is one of the leading permanent specialists in the industry (Tracey is a consultant to HABIA for the standards required for NVQ Level 4 Micro-Pigmentation and is an advisor to the London Licensing Officers on micro-pigmentation health and safety). In addition to completing accredited training from one of the leading advisors, Jacqui is a professional member of BABTAC, The Guild, and Checkaprofessional.
All work is carried out under a cosmetic tattooing licence, and Jacqui holds business and personal licences for each and every salon she works from.
Jacqui uses the safest and most up-to-date products, including hypo-allergenic medical grade pigments. These pigments have been specifically designed to complement skin tones, and meet all European health and safety requirements. Jacqui adheres to very strict hygiene and health and safety standards, including only using single use sterile needles, make-up pencils, pencil sharpeners, tape measures for brows, trays, pigments cups and barrier film. This ensures absolutely no cross-contamination.
The tattooing machine and hand pieces that are used have been specifically designed for permanent make-up application, with a very high degree of accuracy and low vibration. This ensures beautiful, natural-looking results.
Eyebrow tattoo costs will vary depending upon what the client requires. Extreme care is taken to ensure that the client is suitable for tattoo based treatment, and the treatment plan will reflect the individual's starting point and goals. It's important to remember that even specialised forms of tattooing such as permanent make up will leave a residue of pigment in the skin, although this is not always visible, so the cost will reflect the level of care, skill and ability the practitioner is able to provide. Prior to any treatment, the client will be fully assessed to establish suitability, understand any potential risks and complications, and define their goals. Jacqui aims for 100% client satisfaction.
